CincyCup2006 Final: CCC Lift the Cincy cup !... emphatically! Scorecard Pictures.
- Thiag(51) gets Cincy off to a brisk start. Ravneet (64) keeps it together to power Cincy to 217 in35 ov.
- Solid opening partnership by Praveen B (48) & Ravi K (15) set the platform
- Bharat(62) & Vinod Kosike(70*) display professional batting to put on a monumental, superbly paced 103 runs for 4th wicket.
- Vinod Kosike's blitzkrieg settles the matter with 2 ov to spare (CCC - 218/5 in 32.5 ov)
CincyCup2006 SF: CCC coast to a facile win vs UC.
- Vijay Sunderasan (66) powers UC after a slow start.
- Sekhar (2/14), Suhas (0/21) & Abhi (3/31, 2ct) put brakes on UC scoring to restrict them to 142.
- Bharat strokes a well paced, strokeful 71* helped by Abhi (17*) & Praveen B (20) to eclipse the total with 7 overs remaining. Scorecard
MOCL SF: CCC Lose to GDCC in a rain marred game.
- Ahmed(73), Fahad(45) make the most of dropped catches and make CCC pay; Power Dayton to 235 in 35 ov.
- Heavens open up and cause a 2.5 hr delay. CCC set 161 in 20 ov using D & L Method.
- Wet pitch and slow outfiled throw a spanner in a valiant CCC chase. Scorecard
MCT: CCC fail to register a win in the MCT Super League - Lose to Cleveland.

CCC Tail to the rescue again. Sai, Sunny & Ravi Reddy push CCC to a challenging 161.

MOCL: Sekhar hat-trick highlights a superb CCC victory over UKCC in a low scoring encounter.

Akshar restricts CCC to 131 with good pace bowling. Vinod (40) & Abhi (24) make decent contributions.
Fiery bowling by Sekhar (5 wkts), Sai (2 wkts), and Amit (2 wkts) causes UKCC batting collapse as they are bundled out for 72. Scorecard
MOCL: CCC beat Nationwide CC to stay alive

A tenacious innings by Abhi (69*) with support from Bharat & Murthy aid CCC to a challenging total on a bowlers pitch.
Sunny & Abhi bowl a persistent line to strangle NCC in middle overs. NCC show the fight, but Ravi's patient 30 & Benarji's sparkling cameo (24*) not enough. Scorecard
MCT: CCC fight hard but lose to ECC to bow out of MCT

Solid innings by Devin & Prashanth pull ECC out of trouble. Lawrence & Rakesh pitch in to post a challenging total (184).
Sai, Suhas & Abhi bowl well to restrict a deep ECC batting line-up.

Bharat's quick fire 53 puts CCC in-charge briefly. Fahad's clever bowling brings back ECC. Superb batting by Sekhar(24*) helped by tail keep CCC within reach. Scorecard
MOCL: Hammad Bokhari ruins CCC's revenge plans against Kentucky CC.

A blistering ton (101) by Hammad and a well made 65 by Malik helps Kentucky pile up 244 runs in 32 overs. It rains fours and sixes at Hannah.
Vindy gives a solid start and was well supported by Manju, Abhi, Bharat and Sunny but CCC fall well short of the stiff target. Scorecard
MCT: CCC lose to Cleveland-2 to deal severe blows to its chances of making it to the MCT semis.

Accurate bowling by Cleveland pacers & slow start pressurizes CCC batsmen, end up with a meagre total of 133.
A few quick wickets not enough to put the required pressure on Cleveland-2 batsmen who chase quite easily in the end. Scorecard
MCT: CCC fail to overcome moderate target, lose to COBCA by 5 runs.

CCC Bowl & Field brilliantly to choke COBCA Batsmen. Abhish, Parul & Parminder hang in there to pull COBCA to respectability. Sunny returns awsome figures.
CCC top order Lacks application, rest of the batsmen play with no plan to lose way.

MCT: CCC finish off historic, ALL-TIME-BEST CHASE to seal a place in the Super 6 phase.

Prasad of UC displays powerful hitting to score 115 and help UC end with 239 in 34 overs. Sai ends up with 4/32, while Vinod gets 3/31.
CCC top order (Vinod 70, Abhi 42, Ravi D 38) exhibits grit while chasing, lower order finishes off the chase in a classic fashion. Scorecard.
MOCL: An audacious captain's knock of 111* by Bharat helps CCC qualify for the Super 6 phase in great style.

Columbus, IN score 206 in 35 on a batsmen friendly ground. Suhas scalps 3/30.
A brilliant partnership between Venky (47) and Bharat (111*) followed by good support by Manju (18*) help CCC overcome the hurdle quite comfortably. Scorecard.
MCT: CCC comes back from the dead to stun Cincy CC

Cincy CC batsmen overcome probing opening spells & quick wickets to score runs at will. Ragin (100) & Thiag (72) brilliant & belligerent.
CCC bowlers (Bharat 5/32, Amit 4/32) bring back CCC with sheer will, to restrict Cincy to 225 all out with 3 ov to spare.
Venky (27) & Vindy (55)get CCC off to a flier. Sunny Patel (36) & Amit Atrey (38) play brilliant cameos to finish off a FANTASTIC chase (226/9 in 34.1 ov). Suhas & Sekhar hold nerves to finish off memorable chase. Scorecard.
MOCL: Batsmen & fielders let down CCC as they lose to GDCC in a low scoring game.

CCC batsmen throw away good oppurtunity to pile on runs - end up at 152 all out.
Abhi (52), Bharat (37) lead CCC batting while Naveed (3/17 in 7 ov) & Raj (4/23 in 6 ov) bowl superbly to peg back CCC.
Solid batting for Sajid & cavalier hitting from Jay (helped in good measure by poor Catching & bowling) get GDCC Home. CCC fight back to take 8 wkts to make the game tense towards the end. Scorecard.
MCT: Abhi scores a Brilliant Century (111*), as CCC fall just short of a huge target vs Kentucky.

CCC bowlers do well to restrict KCC top order. Tailenders counter-attack to take KCC to a huge 240/10 in 35 ov.
Nitin leads with a fortunate but superb 80. Vasu take 3 wkts in an over to peg back KCC.
Abhi hits a superlative, well paced, less than run a ball century. Bharat, Murthy & Sunny sparkle briefly but perish to deal blows to CCC chase. Scorecard.
MOCL: CCC suffer ignominious defeat in the hands of Nationwide in MOCL game.

CCC bowlers do well to restrict NCC to 152 in 35 overs. Top three (Sekhar, Vineel, Amit) outclass NCC toporder.
Praveen, Anando & Anil mix attack with defense to play clever cricket to steer NCC to respectable total (152). Poor CCC bowling helps NCC's cause.
CCC collapse to Anando Mukharjee's brilliance with the ball (CCC 31 all out in 12.3ov). Anando unplayable - CCC capitulation indescribable. Scorecard. Report.
MOCL: Bowlers dominate as CCC beat Shihab to stay perfect in MOCL.

Shekar the pick of the bowlers to dismiss the top order - Amit, Sai, Abhi & Kosike help. Hari chips in with four WK Dismissals.
Kaleem & Muddasar give some respectability to Shihab's score.
Vindy & Murthy play solid innings to help CCC chase the small total with ease. Scorecard.
MCT: CCC beat UCC in a to earn a hard fought win.

Middle order collapse restricts CCC to 147 all out. UCC bowlers Subi, Vishal & Subodh superb.
CCC bowl stupendously to defend the small total. UCC top order have no answer for Vineel (4/18), Sekhar(0/12 in 6), Suhas (2/10) & Kosike(2/5).
UCC lower order offer a good fight to end up at a decent score. Scorecard.
MOCL: CCC beat MVCC in a tense, nailbiting thriller in their first MOCL game.

CCC restrict MVCC to 147 all out. MVCC tail come up with a stunning display to bail out their team from 83/6.
CCC batsman score quickly but lose wkts in regular intervals to make it interesting. MVCC hold two awesome catches to make the game nailbiting. Scorecard.

Compuware - new entrants to the league make a decent effort but fall well short of mounting any serious challenge to CCC.

Big Three bat Shihab out of the game. Hari(70 in 62b) produces superlative, best of the season, innings. Bharat (84 in 28b) & Abhi(38* in 41b) accelerate at a break-neck speed to seal the deal
Sekhar (2/30) & Amit (4/23) make it a no contest.
